Kimberly Weed
Kimberly is our secretary who handles all our billing & accounting. She makes sure everyone gets paid when they are supposed to. She does all the accounting for our jobs. She does all our contracts, bonding, insurance, and legal documentation. Kimberly is a vital part of our company, and we appreciate her very much.
Hyla Dunbar
Owner/President/Lead Painter///in the painting business 15 years
Hyla is our president and owner of SH Dunbar Enterprises Inc. She has been in the painting business since 2011. Hyla isn’t the sit-down-and-answer-phones kind of owner; she is an actual hands-on painter and professional commercial cleaner on many jobs. She is also great at color selection and interior design. She is very easy to talk to and can help you with project questions.
Steve Dunbar
Owner/Vice President/Lead Painter///in the painting business 15 years
Steve is our vice president and operations manager. Steve oversees most of our projects and makes sure they are running smoothly. Steve’s main goal is to get the job done on time with the highest quality possible. Steve is always available to answer questions pertaining to the job and is usually very knowledgeable. Steve is always willing to help out on the job with whatever needs to be done, whether it’s basic help, painting, or clean-up he is always there to lend a hand to his crews.

Robert Lurtsema
Robert is our master painter. He oversees most of our painting projects to make sure we have everything we need to get the job done. Robert is also one of the best painters in Northern California. He has many years of experience in all areas of painting and all types of painting. When it comes to painting, Robert has pretty much done it all. Robert is a super nice guy, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask him.

Mark Candreva
Mark is another one of our painting greats. Mark excels at residential and commercial painting projects. He has many years of experience in all areas and types of painting, as well as being a pretty good handyman also. He does small repairs for us in drywall and wherever he is needed. Mark usually oversees the project he is working on, as he is one of our lead painters. If you have any questions, Mark is a great guy to ask.
Lila Swanson
Journeymen Painter///in the business 8 years
Lila is one of our many painters and also happens to be Hyla, the owner’s daughter. Lila is excellent at her trade and takes a lot of pride in all the jobs she is a part of. Lila does it all, from spraying to helping other painters to doing apprentice work; she does it all and does it well. She is very efficient and detail-oriented. She loves what she does.
Cliff is our senior estimator and has been with us since the beginning, when we were Cut ‘N’ Edge Painting in 2015. Cliff used to be an estimator for his own general contracting company before he came and started to work for us. Cliff has over 35 years of construction experience and estimating experience under his belt. Cliff is one of the good ole boys that has knowledge for days.

Ronnie is a great all-around painter with years of experience under his belt in residential, commercial, and industrial painting. Ronnie started his painting journey in an apprenticeship program at the local college. Ronnie works hard on every project he puts his hands on and puts his heart into everything he does. We can confidently put Ronnie on any type of painting project and know it will be done with the highest quality and finest finish. A fun guy with a great personality, he is always willing to lend a hand to his fellow teammates.

Nate Shockowitz
Nate is our main estimator & office manager. Chances are if you called our number and spoke to someone it was more than likely Nate. Nate has been estimating for us for about 2 years. Before that, he ran his own general contracting business for 10 years. He has been in the trades since he was 18 years old. He has been in the painting trade for 20 years. Nate oversees a lot of our office operations that pertain to our projects and estimating. If you have any questions, give Nate a call; he is a great guy to talk to and is always willing to help answer your questions.
